Snapshots IV
This one handshake that won't be erased so easily from the annals of cricket history.... Locked and loaded before the finals, the Clash of the Titans. The captains, Vinoth & Hari, share a long handshake before the Finals. It can be recorded as the most number of handshakes for a single take (pose for the shutterbugs), the reason being me, myself, and Antz.... I was not able to snap that perfect shot.

Snapshots III
Confusion all Around: "Now you two umpires, stop scratching your heads and obey me, or else, your fate lies in the hands of the two bouncers/batsmen in the background..
And he wasn't wrong, this batsman aka Karthick nearly smashed my digicam. The reason, he was peeved by the journalists around passing comments, and he vented his anger upon me, chasing me all over the ground....
Chilling out after that minor scuffle above..
Snapshots II
We came, We saw, We conquered
Whew!!!! What a day it was, the scorching hot sun staring audaciously down at the hapless players. With the swerltering desert heat, you could virtually feel the heat waves all around your body similar to the sting of a jellyfish. But nothing deterred the great Titans of the game. If there was any shield or ozone blanket that protected them from the torrid conditions, it must have been the shield of raw passion and love for the game that surged them like true warriors ahead.....The FRMiaans at their best..
Sans audio and keeping in mind the poor quality of the videos, you can land punches at will. The lucky one to act as the punching bag will be announced shortly in the module. Stay tuned and learn some boxing lessons..

It's 6 AM in the morning, and I am already out of gas. Presenting you, the Twin Towers...
Team Northampton ready to fire, with Captain Abhilash debriefing his comrades. Not know what he is threatening his teammates for. Upon eavesdropping, this is what I found out. "Six adichaa, aaluku oru kadalamutai."
Players started pouring in slowly...
It was a rare sight to find all the bigwigs of the game under one roof, a real treat for all the shutterbugs..
Players verifying the pitch before the start of the match....
That's a six.... naa.. that's a four... baaah, neither. That's a blonde girl that just happened to pass by.. teehee...

Cool FRM Summer Cricket Cup
Venue: Pebble Gardens, KG Campus
Event: Cool FRM Summer Cricket Cup
Hai folks. For those of you all who missed the action on Saturday, presenting you some of the glorious moments of the tournament. But before proceeding any further, a quintillion thanks to all the players to bring in that lively, electrifying presence and their ground-breaking performances, sending shock waves and minor tremors across the neighboring parts of Saravanampatti. Kudos to all of you once again to make this a successful event, and of course, not to forget our sponsorers, too. If the current Indian team is still struggling with their performances, it's high time they learn a thing or two what the real definition of stamina and enduringness is.......... from us, of course.. chuckles..
It all started well on Saturday morning, no sign of any showers, pebble-laden pitch. The first ones to hit the ground for pitch inspection were Johnson and Antz, say, at around 6 AM. We were taken by surprise to find some curious onlookers and spectators eagerly awaiting to catch a glimpse of their cricket heroes. Sources indicate that a majority of the spectators flew all the way from Siberia and other parts of the world to watch this tournament. Such is the craziness of the game, whew!!!
Luckily, I had brought my camera along. Here is a panoramic view of Pebble Gardens.. and not to forget the spectators, too...
Do bear with me fellas.... time to wind up for the shift. More action to follow.
